Cutting, bending, punching and progress dies are used on eccentric and hydraulic presses to quickly shape sheet material into a suitable shape.
A good mold is designed together with the end product. A tracking mold is designed to:
- Minimize costs, machining time and maintenance
- Maximizing component interchangeability, reliability and safety
- We use our specialized CAE-CAD-CAM software (with finite element analysis) for this.
