Our recent machine park allows us to machine the most demanding moulds. We have the latest wire EDM erosion machines (EDM), CNC-controlled milling machines, lathes and surface grinders. Most of our machines are available in duplicate or triplicate to guarantee our fast intervention times:
- CNC milling machine capacity 2000mm long x 800mm wide x 600mm high (3+1 axis):
- CNC lathe capacity 300mm diameter x 800mm long
- EDM wire erosion capacity 550mm long x 350mm wide x 400mm high
- Surface grinding capacity 2000 mm long x 400 mm wide x 300 mm high:

Using our integrated CAE-CAD-CAM software, we can develop complex parts from a vague concept into a well-thought-out and verified design that is easy to machine. We perform best on small, complex parts. Our machine operators think along with your design. We therefore ask you to send a .STP document in addition to a 2D drawing with tolerances.
